Personal Goal: I would like to help my students maintain organization of their course load between technology and paper.

1. Students used an Agenda Book of Choice to record down daily homework.

2. As the year progressed I realized students needed help keeping track of incomplete formatives.  I used this recording sheet before summatives, to help students see what still needed to be completed.

ASP Goal:  What would the outcomes be if I provide the time and the modeling to promote a growth mindset?

3. I added an organization for Classroom Videos, each unit I'd make a PDF with links to all the classroom videos.

One thing I think I could add for next year, would be a Canvas Scavenger Hunt, at the beginning of the year... - Where can I find the Plans for the Week? Announcements - Where can I find Classroom Notes &amp; Videos? Modules - Where can I find messages from my teachers? Inbox

5. Reflected on our Success and Next Steps

ASP Goal 1: Horizontal alignment:  Our goal is to meet weekly to ensure curriculum alignment amongst foundations 2.  Vertical alignment Our goal is to ensure vertical alignment of mathematics between fifth grade math through pre-algebra.

1. As a math department, we met to review alignment of skills amongst math levels.

2. Lori and I also meet with the 5th grade math teachers, to discuss gaps we've seen with students entering middle school. We gave the suggestion that Mathspace be used so students can become familiar with the program in 5th grade. I also plan to go over the 5th grade to share summer math packets directly with students.
