This video is reliable because this video is from TEDx Talks one of Youtube channels. Besides that, the speaker, Pierre Pirard, is a CEO before he decided to become a teacher. He believes that students are the future of our society and that we should care for their education, no matter what their socio-cultural and economical background is. Therefore, In my opinion, this video is trustworthy enough.

The speaker's tone is positive and he agreed about the topic. He tried to convince the audience to apply four basic simple principles for teachers. The explanation of each point was clear and there was no statement that opposed the topic.

Yes, the speaker always gave his arguments followed by his experience. When he mentioned the 4 basic simple principles, he supported the key point with his own experience.

This video can be our provision when we become a teacher. Believe in your students and let them know you believe in them that they can achieve a great result. Set important goals for the student that the goal that you have given to your student becomes the everyday priority of the student. Plan purposefully how to achieve the important goals. Invest in your student: Ensure the student stays on target.
