Summary
Donovan’s school is Hardcastle. He is a troublemaker. Until one day he propels a giant ball from a statue into a game. He got in trouble, the school principal, Dr. Shultz, wanted to expel him. Donovan got into the Academy for gifted students by accident. When Donovan got into the Academy Donovan joined the robotics group and made a robot named, Tin Man.
At the Academy, Donovan was getting bad grades. The teachers started to think that he didn’t belong in the Academy.
Donovan was starting to behave better. There was a dance going on for Hardcastle and the Academy students.
The Daniels were Donovan’s friends. They were troublemakers too! They attended the dance. At the dance there was a free for all fight going on. Then later Tin Man, robot, got demolished by the Hardcastle students. Fortunately, Tin Man got renovated into a better robot.
Donovan had a test to take at the Academy. Abigail from the Academy helped him on the test by changing his answers, but he didn’t know. She knew that Donovan needed to pass the test in order for him to stay at the Academy. At the end of the story, Donovan was still going to be a troublemaker.
