This year Burton B. Fox Library is thrilled to present this new amazing award-winning platform to incentivize our elementary students to read with enthusiasm.This new program, Beanstack, will help facilitate the reading challenges that our students love. The ultimate goal is to lead our students towards an intrinsic love of reading that will last them a lifetime and also prepare themselves to participate in our magnificent Magna-event the “Read-a-thon.” The students can immerse themselves in this amazing adventure, reading daily and exploring the wonderful world of books. Congratulations to this year's Beanstack Top Readers! Keep on reading!

Join our Reading Cubversations!

Our Reading Cubversations podcast offers insight into the benefits of reading and participating in book clubs. Some of the topics we will discuss include how the habit of reading helps individuals build empathy, how it helps us understand different cultures, and how it fosters creativity and problem-solving skills. We will also dive into how iconic games, tv-series, movies, and songs gather inspiration from books.&nbsp; How can YOU participate? Send an email to library@kcparrish.edu.co Specify in the subject area whether you want to be a guest speaker, or provide ideas for future Podcasts. Notify if you know someone who would like to join our conversations. Feel free to fill in the survey (attach link) to share ideas anonymously.
