How to head but

You can head but like this because its not against the rules of soccer.

First you get in the middle of the soccer field.

Second you jump up.

Third you hit it with your head.

You cannot cheat because if you do then you get out of the game center.

For example, cheating might be saying a ball went in the net when it really didn't.


And also you cannot pick up the ball. If you pick up the ball with your hands you are out of the game. You only pick up the ball in basketball or baseball. In soccer you use only your legs.

You cannot pick up ball it is against the rules. Only in some versions of the game. If you pick up the ball you are out of the game.
You use your legs to kick the ball.

This is a girl picking up the ball. You can pick it up when the game is done.

Pass the ball.

You can pass the ball in soccer from the other person. It is not against the rules. Pass the ball means that you can get the ball from the other person and then give it to another player.

If you want to play soccer then you need a uniform because it's the most important thing in the world. If you don't have a uniform for soccer you are out of the game. A uniform is a t-shirt, shorts, cleats, and pads.

Cleats are sneakers for soccer that have spikes on the bottom.
