WALT: know what monuments are around Barrow and where people may like to visit. 

WALT: know where different things are within Barrow and know our surroundings at school. 

We used maps to look for different things around Barrow and then had a look around our school building. 

WALT: know about famous people from Barrow. Use techniques used by different artists. 

We looked at a piece of artwork by John Duffin and then tried to make our own shapes using images of Barrow. We chose which one we wanted to do.

I chose the town hall because I’ve been there before. 

I like the colours in John Duffins art.
