Tomatoes crumble

-150 grams of flour
-150 grams of butter
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella ball
- chiseled basil
- salt and pepper 

Step 1: Mix softly the flour, the butter, the salt and the pepper until mixture comes together into a large semolina.
Step 2: Wash the tomatoes and dice them.
Step 3: In a buttered baking dish or with parchment paper, arrange the diced tomatoes. Slice the fresh mozzarella thin and put it on the diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with chiseled basil.
Step 4: Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover the batter completely with crumble.
Step 5: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
