&nbsp;The plate model is used to show you how to distribute the food on the plate. There are two modern plate models. One for someone who moves very little and one who moves as recommended. Physical activity can lower the risk of getting sick or getting a serious disease. Not having physical activity In your life can leed to your weight getting higher and your confidence getting lower. You should have at least 60 min of physical activity every day. Over 50% of your day Is filled with physical activity. For example when you walk run or play with your friends.

We know that all children have dreams and dream more than grown-ups. Actually all of us have boths nightmares and nice dreams.

Advice on how to eat well: Eat a lot, but do not eat too much but and don’t eat too little because it can cause serious health problems. Eat a lot of vegetables, fruit and berries. Choose whole grains when you eat pasta, bread, rice and grouts. Reduce candy, cookies and other things with a lot of sugar. Eat fish or seafood 2-3 times a week.

When you sleep your blood pressure gets lower and every muscle relax and the chance of getting sick will be alot smaller. When we sleep our brain is relaxing. When you sleep the chance of being angry is also smaller.

The whole summary is that sleeping is a must. And it is good if you sleep 10 hours. And exercise is good to feel good. When it comes to the food, you should eat a lot of protein, fish, vegetables and vitamins. so that was my summary. Good bye
