When you sleep your blood pressure gets lower and every muscle relax and the chance of getting sick will be alot smaller. When we sleep our brain is relaxing. When you sleep the chance of being angry is also smaller.

The whole summary is that sleeping is a must. And it is good if you sleep 10 hours. And exercise is good to feel good. When it comes to the food, you should eat a lot of protein, fish, vegetables and vitamins. so that was my summary. Good bye
