Microphone Is Not Working 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Type Sound Settings in the Windows search box. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Click Sound Settings.

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and under Related Settings, click Sound Control Panel. 4. Click on the Recording tab at the top. Double-click on Microphone. 5. Click on the Levels tab. Make sure that your microphone is not muted (it should NOT have the little red circle/line by it) and that it is at a good level (at least 50). Click OK.

Step 1 - Restart the computer:&nbsp;&nbsp;is a good thing to try. This can solve a lot of basic issues you may experience with your computer * Click the Windows icon * Click the power icon&nbsp; * Click restart. &nbsp;or ... Wifi Is Not Working (continue)

Wifi Issues There are many different factors that could be influencing your Internet speed from the number of devices in your home to the number of people using the Internet in your neighborhood. 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Switch Wi-Fi off and then back on again to establish the connection from scratch. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Turn off or disconnect devices you're not using. 3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exit streaming apps after watching videos or listening to music.
