The Mysterious Disappearance

This is Jack and his friends James, Noah, and Liam. Jack is the smart one, James is the adventurous one, Noah is a brave person, and Liam is a person that whines a lot. Jack lives in a big town so there is plenty of places to go to. One Nice sunny day, they’re playing sports outside having a blast but they get bored so they hop on their bikes and get ready to explore a trail which leads them towards a dark forest. When they see the forests Liam gets scared and starts to tear up.

“Liam stop being a scaredy cat,” exclaims Noah. Liam doesn’t say anything but only nods his head In agreement.

While they were in the woods, they rode passed a creepy abandoned house. They turned their heads and saw a suspicious man walking towards the house. They kept riding while Liam was thinking to himself.

“I should’ve told them that I didn’t want to come, I regret coming but it’s too late now,” liam thought.

Liam decided to take a break, sitting on a tree stump. He yelled to the rest of the group that he was taking a break, but they must have not heard him. Then, all of a sudden, his mind flashed before his eyes! The creepy old man they had seen earlier was standing right in front of him. Liam screamed and called for help, but no one heard him. Then, the old man taped his mouth and tied his hands together with rope, then escorted him into the creepy house.

Up ahead, Noah thought he heard a scream and told the rest of the group. Everyone thought it was a bird except for Jack. He thought a little more and remembered about the old man turning around. The boys rushed back to the trail coming the way they came. They came to a stop to see that Liam’s bike was up against the tree and that liam had disappeared.

“What is that guys,” Jack whispered.

The group looked up confused until they saw liam and a dragon that was taking him further into the forests.

When Jack and his friends witness the disappearance of their friend, they go and search for him in the forest. They look for hours, but they don’t come across anything that could help them find Liam. 

When Jack and his friends continue going through the path, Jack seems to be very different than he was before. It seemed like he was starting to lose his mind. His friends would notice that even though they were walking for a long time, Jack doesn’t seem to get tired like the rest of them.

A couple more minutes go by and they're still walking. All of a sudden, Jack notices something huge in the distance that is blowing smoke in the air. 

“We should go over in this direction because I see smoke,” Jack said. 

“Okay, but we should hurry because it’s already dark” James replies.

When they reach the area where the smoke was, they are surprised to see an old giant house that looks abandoned, and realizes that this is the house they saw earlier

All of sudden, a bike ride that was supposed to be fun with friends turned into a search for Liam. They ran in the same direction the dragon had gone. They chased the dragon for hours until their legs started to get very tired. The dragon disappeared and the boys start to give up. They start to walk back the way they came with doubtful minds, until Jack looked down and saw a yellowish color rock. Jack remembered reading about this rock in one of his text books, He called his friends over and they examined the rock. Jack knows this rock is exactly for this situation but his friends think its some rock out in the woods and that is has no meaning to it. They hear footsteps behind them And they turn around to see the old man walking toward them dragging liam behind him. Jack chucked the rock as hard as he could at the man.
