Learning Advance 2022

During the learning advance, me and my DI team worked on our script and added to the ideas we already had. During the loon lake trip was when we completed our script.

The big activity today was at the dock. It was a scavenger hunt to find names of different locations at Loon Lake. You were given a clue and then had to find a sticky note and then it led to another clue, and then you had to try to find all of them. The purpose of this was to figure out the layout of Loon Lake.I found Day 2 activities were not as fun as the other days. During the scavenger hunt I found most of the sticky notes on my team because I was able to figure out the clues faster than others. Something that is challenging for me was having to talk to others that I don’t know very well. I feel weird in groups with people I don’t know.

One place I found amazingly beautiful so far at Loon Lake is the lake itself because of how reflective it is.

All about me My name is Jasper anderson, I am a transgender student in the PLP program and have tons of fun exploring forests and drawing. Some day I hope to become a video game designer/cartoon animator and have big hopes for the future! I like to make new friends and meet new people, but at the same time I get stressed out when doing so. I am looking forward to what the PLP experience will look like next for me.

When I was playing volleyball I was nurturing my communication competency because of all the communicating you need to partake in while playing volleyball.

I am looking forward to future PLP field studies because this was was really fun and we learned a lot of new stuff. Overall, I had a great time on my loon lake learning advance and it was really fun. Next time I go on a feild study I will remember to record it through notes and photos
