Hi! My name's Skaiste, but here, in Catalonia everybody calls me SKAI!. I really love my nickname.
I'm from Lithuania, but I've lived in Catalonia since 2002.
Joviat is a school in Manresa, where I've been teaching English since 2007. First, I worked with the youngest kids in the school, from 1 year old. Then I had some classes in the Primary school. Actually, I'm working with teenagers, from 12 to 16 years old.
As for my hobbies, I enjoy reading books and sewing. I often go to concerts or theatres with my family or friends. I also ride a bicycle in the mountains when I can.
I live in a tiny and quiet village which is 30 km away from Manresa. Therefore, I have to commute to work every day and I take a car.

Hi! My name is Natàlia and I’m 13 years old. My birthday is on the 13 of January. I was born in China in a city called Guangyuan, but now I live in Manresa with my family. My hair is straight, long and brown. I’ve got the eyes brown and small, with very small eyelashes. My ears are small too and I always wear earrings of musical notes.

I'm a person really nervous, always that I have an exam, an exposition oral or other things, I get very very very nervous. Also I’m very indecisive, because for instance, when I like two t-shirts in a shop, for me it’s impossible choose one! So, then I always end up buying both. I am very funny and a very smiling girl, but a little bit lazy! I’m a friendly person and I always try to help my friends too.

I love my family, for me it is the most important thing that I have. I have a little brother called Jordi, he’s five years almost 6, he was born in China too, he is a very good person, sometimes we get angry and we fight, but we always end up forgiving, I love he. My fathers are called Maite and Jordi, they help me always for all and they love me a lot. For me my family is the best of the world!!!
As I say before I live in a city, in a flat that it’s in the centre of Manresa. I like so much! It has got four rooms, one living room, two bathrooms, one kitchen and two balconies.
My school is called JOVIAT.
It’s a great school because is very big, nice and it’s for babies, kids of primary and for people of ESO. In this school, I study all my live, it’s the place which I stay more hours of the day. For me it’s a school with a lot of live, because it is very cheerful, and I like it so much!

I love the music, when I was 7, I started to played the guitar, and now I play the piano every Monday at 14:15 to 15:00 in a school music called MUSICAMI, it’s cool. The music is my hobby because for some people it’s just a sound, but for me is more, it’s a world full of adventures, love, passion, friendship, happiness, sadness and many emotions and feelings that they can be represented simply with a song. I love play the piano because it transmits me tranquillity, for me is one of the instruments most harmonics.

Hi, my name is Miquel Torras, I’m 13 and my birthday is the 22nd of November.
I’m a little bit tall and thin. I’ve got short brown hair
and I’m very chatty. I am kind and polite.

I love my family and we are very close, we talk a lot and we play very often at games, like basketball, table tennis, futbol…

I live in a small city called Manresa. We very often meet at a square called “Plaça Catalunya”.
My school is called “Joviat” and it’s huge!!! There’s a
lot of space to play and we learn a lot.

My hobbies are: basketball, listening to music and play PS4. I play basketball in a team called “La Salle”. I train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays one hour and a half. I listen to music in my free time and I play PS4 on weekends.
