Chester Greenwood
Chester Greenwood was born in 1858.
He took a hanger and wire and bent them into a circle.
His grandma sewed around the hanger with beaver skin.
In 1936 his factory made 400,000 ear muffs.
His shop was called Greenwood Champion Ear Protectors(GCEP)
He died in 1937, He put up a billboard that said' "Love my Earmuffs!"
The first Saturday in December we celebrate his day.

Ben Franklin
Ben Franklin is a Founding father of the United State of America.
He made eye goggles and he made a Franklin stove.
Bens son prose that electricity came from lightning.
He had to test it by flying a kite.
There was a metal key on the kite.
The key was connected to a Leyden jar.
The jar stored electrical charges.

Mary Anderson
Mary Anderson was born in 1866.
In 1903 she took a trip to New York
When she got to New York it was a snowy mess and the traffic was slow.
They had to get out and wipe their windshield.
Back then they used and onion or their sleeves to wipe there windshield of.
Then she started to design in her notebook for the windshield wiper.
She used a spring loaded arm and a metal blade.
When the driver pulled the lever the wiper would go up and down.
