Gingerbread-muffins Ingrediens for 1 serving: - 125g margarine - 60 grams of honey - 120 gsugar - 2 egg(s) - 300 grams of flour - 1 packet of gingerbread spice - 200ml milk - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 2 tsp of baking soda - cake icing (chocolate icing) Working time: about 15 minutes - Mix margarine, sugar and eggs foamy. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder, cocoa and gingerbread spice. Add a little flour and milk to the dough until there is nothing left. - Fill the muffin cases with the batter and bake the tartlets at 200 degrees (preheated) for about 15 minutes. - Cover with chocolate icing.

Christmas is cool, Because there's no school. Santa Claus comes through the stack, With a big backpack. I can see the Christmas star, Will I get a new car? Children get presents on Christmas Day, And with some of them they play. Then there is falling the first snow, so Santa Claus says "Ho! Ho! Ho!"

What is it called when a snowman has a temper tantrum? A meltdown. What does Rudolph want for Christmas? A Pony sleigh station. What do Santa's elves learn in school? The elf-abet What do snowmen eat for breakfast? Ice Crispies Which of Santa’s friends is the most chill? Jack Frost.

Christmas time is magical Tim thinks that, and me too. I‘m Santa Clause. Tim is very important for this year‘s Christmas. However, there is one problem: On the seventh of August I slept, like I do usually in summer. That’s the worst time of the year! In the morning I woke up and went to the sleigh house. The elves there were really worried. They told me that they got a letter which said: “Give me the sleigh tonight, otherwise I will steal all of your presents.“ A few minutes later, I got another letter saying: Dear Santa Claus, I‘ve seen a man who laughed strangely and said something like: “I will steal all of your presents and Rudolph, the reindeer of Santa Claus, too!“ I hope I could help you, Bye Tim

Tim was an elve of me. That sounded interesting… but I did not know who this person was. The evening came around but nothing happened. I did not know what to do, so I went to bed. The next morning, the sleigh was gone and Rudoplh too. I ran outside and saw Tim. He looked happily, I wondered why. The sleigh was gone - I was angry. Then Tim said: “I saved Christmas! The thief was here but I hit him and he fell into the toilet. I quickly closed the door to the exit.“ I found the stolen reindeer and the sleigh. The wet thief looked angrier than I could ever look like, suddenly he disappeared. Christmas is saved!

On every Christmas Eve, for dinner we have beef. A few weeks before Christmas we buy presents, for our siblings and parents. In the house we are sitting all together, and outside there is snowy weather. Under the Christmas tree, there are presents for you and me. Mum and I bake Christmas Cookies every year, while we are singing "Rudolph the red nose reindeer".

450g flour 1 tbsp baking powder 120g sugar 4 tsp vanilla sugar 1 egg 300g butter

Add all ingredients into a big bowl und mix everything together. Afterwards knead the dough and roll it out. Then use cookie cutters to press out shapes. Bake for 10-15 min. at 180°.
