Morning side Park Tree Lighting
Saturday, December 21, 2019
5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Morning side has a tradition of celebrating the holidays in the park with a tree lighting. The winter solstice, also known as midwinter, occurs when one of the Earth's poles has its maximum tilt away from the Sun, and people will light up a tree, tell the stories of the holidays, and have a sing-along.
Refreshments will be provided.
