Reason for founding

We founded Pennsylvanian to let you practice your own religion freely.

England wanted to make trade routes.

King Charles attacked the Dutch and won.

Geography

Most people expect winter to be freezing and horrible, but not us. Our winters are nice and perfect for people who aren’t used to cold.

But our summers are even better. The summers are hot, but you have so many options to cool off. Like our lakes or deep harbors.

We have long growing seasons perfect for farming.

And our natural resources are copper and iron great for making tools.

Economy

Farming: You can be a farmer and grow crops and add on to your land.

Miner: A miner is a great job to gather natural resources for helpful items.

Lumberman: A lumberman is a great job for making villages.

Sailor: A sailor is a job for taking risks. If you are a sailor we guarantee that you will have the best pay for all your hard work.

Trapper: A trapper is a great job for experienced hunters.

Merchant: A merchant is a good job for unexperienced workers. A merchant requires negotiation skills.

All of those jobs are great pay and great for people who need money.

Fun activities

In winter you can go skating and sledding.

You can also play sports, dolls, marbles and lawn bowling.

Those are all great options for fun.

Why we are the best

In the New England colonies they have poor soil and bad land for growing crops but in the Middle we have rich soil and long growing seasons.

In the Southern Colonies their land is all swamps but in the Middle Colonies we have nice land and no swamps.

The most important reason is we have the best jobs and the best hospitality.
