The school was reopened in a phased manner for classes IX to XII. I.L.S is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our staff and a safe learning environment for all our pupils. To ensure that, a Standard Operating Procedure was developed according to the safety guidelines issued by both CBSE and the office of QAE, Lagos State. The reopening was purely based on parental consent and the classes are delivered in both face-to-face and online mode.

The temperature checks and symptom screening of the students, teachers and non-teaching staff is done prior to entering the campus. The classrooms and laboratories are regularly sanitised.
Arrangements such as well-equipped isolation room, a trained nurse to help in emergency situations, on-call doctor have also been made.
In a feedback taken from the students they said that they found face-to-face classed more beneficial and productive as ignited curiosity and enthusiasm.
