Father’s Day was celebrated by the students of Grade LKG and UKG - Fathers are the pillars of a family and play a crucial role in the cognitive and social development of the child. Every child idolizes their father and often emulates them. This moral development of the child strengthens the social fabric of the community and society at large. To acknowledge the crucial role of fathers in their lives, the tiny tots of LKG and UKG, dedicated a special day to appreciate and honor fathers for their tireless efforts and selfless love. Fathers partook in various activities and showered the little ones with abundance of praise, attention, and encouragement. It was a cherished occasion.&nbsp;

As we stood on the threshold of another upcoming academic year, new staff members were inducted to the I.L.S family. A week-long induction and orientation program was conducted to acquaint the new staff members with the organization structure, goals and beliefs, culture of the school, and the day-to-day operations in order to ensure that all new members engage effectively with members of greater experience and understand that they are equal stakeholders to the progress of the school.

The magical and ethereal bond between grandparents and grandchildren is undeniably the greatest bond of love, laughter, nurture, warmth, and kindness.&nbsp;It is this cherished relationship that fosters continuity of tradition, cultural and familial history across generations. Grandparent’s day was celebrated with a lot of fervor at I.L.S. Grandparents were elated to get a platform to perform for their little ones, relive their childhood, regale tales of the bygone years and share their pearls of wisdom. The grandchildren too were thrilled to get this opportunity to express their gratitude for the unconditional love and support received from their grandparents.

Examinations help students assess their level of competencies in the given subject. The Annual examinations were conducted for students of Grade I to VIII online through Google forms and the ThinkMerit portal.&nbsp;The students of IX and XI appeared for the examinations offline and the students of Grade X and XII appeared for their pre-boards.&nbsp;

We at I.L.S, have believed in and delivered holistic education to our students, so as to prepare them for success in this highly competitive world. The Annual Academic Awards are designed to recognize their achievements, both in scholastic and co-scholastic areas, and to motivate and encourage them to always put in their personal best. This year the Annual Academic Awards were held on 29th March and several dignitaries including Mr. Rachit Rawat, Head of Chancery &amp; Second Secretary Politics, Commerce &amp; Information and Chief (Dr.) J.C. Dugad - Ex-Member of the Board of Trustees of I.L.S, graced the award function. Students were awarded in various categories and parents encouraged them by their presence.

The Commonwealth Day was celebrated on 14th March 2022 at British High Commission.&nbsp;The theme this year was ‘Display of Art and Culture’ of member countries. It was indeed a momentous day for our student- Ms. Sumedha Mohan represented the rich art and culture of our vibrant nation and performed a Bharatnatyam dance ‘ Dhanushree Tillana’ on this occasion. &nbsp;

Dear Parents, The month of March heralds in the end of another gratifying academic session. Undeterred by the challenges posed by adverse circumstances, I.L.S marched ahead resolutely and with fortitude. It is with joy and pride in our hearts that we now bid adieu to this academic session 2021-2022 and await the next session with exuberance. Interwoven in this fabric of success was the resolute faith and belief of the parents in us, to deliver the best for our students, as we transitioned from the traditional to online and finally hybrid mode of education delivery.
