UNIT TEST-GRADE IX-XII

The commencement of Unit Tests marks a pivotal moment in the academic calendar. This time-honored tradition not only evaluates students' understanding of the curriculum but also fosters a culture of learning, growth, and progress. As the school bells chimed in the month of July the Unit Test commenced for the senior students of I.L.S. This validation of their knowledge will boost confidence and motivation, encouraging them to strive for even greater academic achievements.

As the school gates swung open once again, students, teachers and staff reunited with smiles and warm greetings. The campus that had been quiet during the break came alive with the buzz of youthful energy and anticipation. The joy of meeting old friends and making new ones created a sense of belonging, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The back-to-school period provides an opportunity for students and teachers to set new goals. The students are all set and with the guidance and support of their teachers, the encouragement of their peers and the love of their families, they will overcome obstacles and turn setbacks into steppingstones to success.

Career Counselling

Ex-students giving career counselling sessions have set an empowering precedent, illustrating the profound impact of giving back to one's alma mater. As the session unfolded, each ex-student took turns sharing their personal career journeys, highlighting the challenges they faced and the lessons they learned long the way. Their diverse experiences in various fields, from business to arts, Film Making, Fashion and technology, provided a broad spectrum of career options for the impressionable minds listening intently. One of the most significant aspects of the career counselling session was the practical advice offered by the ex-students. They shared valuable tips
on pursuing higher education, exploring internship opportunities, building professional networks, and developing essential skills to thrive in the job market and the competitive world. This hands-on guidance added a tangible element to the session, providing the students with actionable steps to achieve their goals.

Additionally, the ex-students studying abroad at universities like the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto in Canada, and Estonia emphasized the importance of staying true to one's passions and interests. They encouraged the students to pursue careers that align with their strengths and values, rather than succumbing to societal pressures or external expectations.
