Dear Parents,

I.L.S continues to nurture responsible global citizens of the future through holistic education, and mold the most significant resource of a nation - the young impressionable minds.

As our students blossom intellectually, aesthetically, morally and spiritually, all the while discovering inherent talents that will eventually lead them to the path of their choice, we continue to intertwine rich academic programs and activities ranging from arts to sports and nourish our learners with scientific temper, Indian culture, heritage and values.

Irrefutably, the strength of the character developed in schools, will hold good for the rest of their lives.

With the vision of raising the bar of excellence, we rededicate ourselves every day to nurturing of these global citizens of tomorrow.

Social Science Day
"I am a citizen, not of Athens, or of Greece, but of the world." Socrates

The primary purpose of Social Science Day is to help young people make informed and reasoned decisions for the public good, as citizens of a culturally diverse, democratic society in an interdependent world."

Social Science Day was held on the 2nd of November to create awareness and appreciation of the rich culture of the world and how our Indian culture blends in to the fabric, to create a united world. Interesting facts of countries like Japan, Egypt, Spain and India, were presented along with lively graceful dances of these countries. The program concluded with the melodious singing of the famous song 'We are the world; we are the children.'

The students of Grade VIII and IX were testimony to the conduct of a mock 'Question hour' session of the lower house of the parliament. It was very informative and enriching, as students through 'Experiential learning' witnessed what they have been learning in their textbooks. The session concluded with the conduct of a live quiz in which students won prizes on the spot.
