Dear Parents,

We are already in the middle of the academic year 2022-2023. The mid-year assessments are over, and our young learners through the rich and challenging curriculum offered in our school, have developed many skills through the joyful learning process. They have built their new knowledge on the strength of traditional disciplines. As we move forward to the next half of the academic session our endeavor remains to encourage students to engage and learn collaboratively as we progress collectively as an educational institute. We shall continue to bring you our little forays, into the world of learning. We remain ever so grateful of your unwavering trust and support, as together we inspire the young learners to take ownership of the world that we live in.

I.L.S CONGRATULATES V. KEYUSH ON HIS OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT
It is not an ordinary feat; it is a feat that tales are written about.

Keyush Venket Subramanian of Indian Language School created history by becoming the first student from Lagos to secure a rank in both the prestigious National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2022 and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Examination 2022 simultaneously. He engraved his name in the hallmark of NEET by bagging an All India Rank of 1460 out of 18.7 lakh applicants and securing a 99.90 percentile. He also scored 98.52 percentile in the IIT JEE Mains 2022 Examinations.

These dual milestones were achieved by him while studying here at I.L.S Lagos with limited access to any coaching.  He topped the school with overall aggregate of 97.4%, 98% in PCB and 96.67% in PCM in the AISSCE 2022.  All these have been possible with his dedicated, conscientious efforts and the focus of education delivery at I.L.S being towards competency based learning.

We wish him the very best in his future endeavors!
