Johnny was born on june 15 1943 and died on december 5 2017 in Paris after 57 years career in music rock singer, he made 80 albums, he sold 110millions albums, he is the biggest artist in France

Champigny was the scene of an important battle in the war of 1870. This battle lasted 3 days, from November 30 to December 2, 1870. This year, we are celebrating 150 years of this battle but the festivities planned by the city risk to be canceled with confinement.

The Portuguese immigration of the 20th century gets strongly higher with the numbers of inhabitants in less time. The Portuguese workers settle down in the district of plateau, which will be famous on the name of a slum.

1. I live in Le Perreux-sur-Marne. 2. My apartment is average. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living-room, a long kitchen, and a toilet. 3. What I find interesting in my city is that every Winter or almost, the city council puts an ice rink at the place of the park for the little ones that live all around. 4. No, there are no tourist sites. 5. In my free time in my city, I'm going to play sports, I'm going out with my friends. 6. I like to join my friends on the banks of La Marne river where we all walk together.

After almost 20 years, the town hall razes the slum and settle down the Portuguese immigrants in good buildings. That is why there is a monument in the district of the plateau: for remebering the strong link between Champigny and Portugal.

Champigny continue to develop itself with Big Paris Subway that will connect with other cities of the suburbs without crossing Paris
