Masachusetts

Masachusetts was founded in 1620 with the Pilgrims. The Pilgrims came for religious freedom. A group called the Puritans came and thought they were the purest, so they came and took over Masachusetts.

Big forests for lumbering
Natural Harbors for fishing and whaling
Farm land for natural crops

Masachusetts has rocky soil, but dense forests ready to be cut down and built into something. They have natural harbors for ships and fishing.

New Hampshire

New Hapshire was founded in 1622. Two people named John Mason and Fernando Gorges was given permission from the New England Colony for them to sart a new colony.

New Hampshire Economy
New Hampshires economy includes trading, fishing, mixed farming, and ship building.

New Hapshire has summer rains which is good, natural harbors, and small farms with mixed farming

New England Colonies are better than the other colonies

Here are some reasons why the New England Colonies are better than the Middle and Southern Colonies:
1. They are all close to the shore, so they are good for docking ships, fishing, and whaling
2. They have dense forests, so they can make things out of the wood
3. They have all mixed farming
4. They don have very strict rules about religion
