This case involves a guy in a ski mask, let's call him Tyrone Johnson, who is 5’11” and African American that lived in California. He was in a car and got dropped off in the back of an Apple Store in California where he worked part-time. He was acting like he was going to throw trash away in a dumpster, shared by several stores when a janitor was taking a break. When the janitor stepped back into the building, Tyrone quickly jumped the fence where there was a No Trespassing sign. The sign was big, and it sat on the top corner of the building next to where Tyrone was standing. He saw it, but he ignored it. What he did not know was that there were hidden cameras that were watching his every move. Tyrone jumped the fence, went into the dumpster, and dug around until he found ten Apple phones.

The janitor saw Tyrone leaving in a yellow car, and a co-worker that worked for Apple took a picture of the license plate. Right after, he called 911. The dispatcher at 911 then told the FBI agents to go track down Tyrone and the phones. Later, the FBI tracked down the yellow car and later found out that… the driver was another one of Tyrone's co-workers. When the FBI agents asked the co-worker five times about the crime, he refused to talk about it. In response, the FBI decided to threaten him. Finally, the driver revealed where Tyrone would be.
