Use Book Creator on Computers!

Book Creator is now available on computers in your Chrome brower!

I am LOVING the simplicity of using this computer-based version! All the tools our students need are right at the top of their screens. The interface is super- simple to navigate.

Just look at all the options your students when creating their books!

Kids (and adults) of all ages can easily learn to use these tools and be publishing gorgeous books in no time!

Having access to a great creation tool as simple as Book Creator will be a powerful publishing motivator for our students to write, and more importantly - share their writing!

There are SO many choices for students to truly customize their books! Start with just the page color. Each page can be a different color - just click on the little "i" in the right corner. If you don't see a color you love, click the plus sign and choose anything in the rainbow!

Look at all the options in the text editor! There are some great font options, and I especially love the option to add a drop-shadow.

There's even an option for the author to take a photo of him/herself or anything else using a webcam!
(I was having a REALLY bad hair day, so I took a picture of my son's picture!)

The voice recording feature is phenomenal! Click on the little audio signal to hear why I think so.

The image below shows that there is a 3-2-1 countdown so the narrator can be prepared, and don't worry - there's a delete button so that you can practice until you get it JUST right!

I was just thinking that shapes & arrows might be a nice addition - and there it is! Perfect!
