Chocolate truffles Ingredients: 300 g cooking chocolate 100g butter 2 egg yolks 125g icing sugar 1 spoon of milk 4cl of cream Cocoa powder Melt the chocolate with the milk in a saucepan.Add the butter and mixAdd the egg yolks and then the cream and mixAdd the icing sugar and whipPut the mixture in a bowl and leave it to cool down in the fridge for two hoursTake some mixture in a teaspoon&nbsp;and roll it into a ballRoll the chocolate ball in cocoa powderKeep in the fridge until you want to eat them! German baked apples recipe For the apples: 4 apples 40g butter 40 g confectioners' sugar 40 g raisins 40 g walnuts/almonds (chopped) optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon For the vanilla sauce: 4 large egg yolks&nbsp;(lightly beaten) 75g sugar 1 tablespoon&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thespruceeats.com/vanilla-sugar-1446597">vanilla&nbsp;sugar</a>&nbsp;(or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract) 500 ml milk 1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 180 °C. 2. Remove the core from the apple. 3. Mix together the butter and sugar. Add raisins and walnuts/almonds. 4. Put the filling into the hollowed-out apples. 5. Place the apples into a buttered baking tin, cover it with lid or aluminum foil, and bake them for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until they are soft enough. Meanwhile, make the vanilla sauce. 6. Mix together the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla (vanilla extract or vanilla sugar). 7. Boil the milk and pour the hot milk over the egg yolk mixture and whisk it with an electric mixer. 8. Heat the mixture without boiling. Enjoy!

In this project, students talked about food they like and learned to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy foods. They discovered healthy eating habits and broadened their view of international food cultures. They designed an international healthy menu of their favourite national dishes and created international restaurants.
