Materials
· 3 Cups Flour
· 10 Grams Of Yeast
· 1.5 Cups Of Water
· 1 Teaspoon Salt
· 3 Cups Flour

Preparation :
We add flour our bowl .
Add the yeast and salt to the flour .
First, add 1 glass of water. And we mix.
Then add half a glass of water and knead .
The consistency of the dough should be a little runny.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour to leaven .
Sprinkle some flour ön the counter and take the dough on it .
We open it in our Hands and put it on the tray .
We spread the flour, salt and water mixture on the dough with our hande . We model the dough with our hande.
We sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds on the pita and put in the oven.
We take the pita out of the oven.
