The croquettes are a very famous food in spain, this recipe is from my great grandmother and from my mom. Alvaro Jiménez. Method 1. Add a tablespoon of butter and the same amount of olive oil 2. Half an onion isgrated 3. The butter and oil are heated and when it is hot add the onion 4. Add four tablespoons of flour and stir to brown until it has a crumb texture 5. Add approximately three quarters of a liter of milk little by little anout d stir 6. Salt and nutmeg are added 7. Add the ingredient you want,ham,chicken etc 8. The dought is spread on a tray and left to cool 9. With a spoon you take a little dought,make a balll with your hands and pass it through beaten egg and breadcrums 10. They are fried in very hot oil ¡and is ready to eat!

This is a recipe that my grandma Loli cooks for me when I go to sleep at her house. My mother cooks it too, but my granma's one is the best. Method 1 - Peel the potatoes 2 - Cut the potatoes into thin slices 3 - Put the oil in a pan and heat 4 - Fry potatoes in the oil&nbsp; 5 - Remove the potatoes from the oil and put them in another pan 6 - Add the salt and eggs without stirring 7 - Stir until the eggs are set

Zucchini chips are very healthy and delicious. My father prepares them very often and I love them Method 1 Grate the zucchini and carrot, and then remove the liquid with a strainer, squashing with a spoon until forming a dough. 2 In a bowl, mix the zucchini and carrot dough with the breadcrumbs, spices and cheese. Add the beaten egg. 3 With a spoon, make cookie-shaped balls and squash it on the greaseproof paper. 4 Bake with heat up and down at 180 degrees. Meatballs with olives's sauce

This recipe is from muy grandmother Raquel. she taught to my mother and she cooks it for us because we love it. Method 1. Put the mincemeat in a bowl. 2. Add the egg, the bread crumbs, that you must soak with milk, a pinch of pepper and a teaspoon of salt. 3. Knead to mix all of these ingredients. 4. Make balls and fry them in hot olive oil. 5. Put three spoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of flour and the chopped olives in a frying pan, and fry them during 3 minutes. 6. To finish put a glass of white wine and a glass of water and cook the meatballs with this sauce during 5 minutes. If it's bland you can add some salt to the sauce!!

I personally like this recipe very much. I usually make it with my grandmother, she was the one who taught me how to make it, and my family also likes this dish a lot. METHOD 1. Fry potatoes and eggs , but separately 2. Crush the bay leafs ( which you have to toast ) , with salt ( a pinch ) , add the two gloves of garlic and a small handful of pennyroyal . 3. once fried, mix the potatoes and eggs , add vinegar and salt to taste and stir everything. 4.
