Sirloin in orange sauce

1. First, put olive oil in a pan.

2. Fry the sirloin medallions a little and reserve.

3. Then fry the onions (very chopped) when it is fried, add the sirloin medallions,the beef sotck cube ande oranges juice.

4. Let it cook for ten minutes and it's ready.

Chicken sweetbreads
My grandmother taught me how to make lamd sweetbreads . It is really yummy. I have made this dish for my family and they all said it was delicious. I like that you can change the ingredients.
Once the gizzards are clean, they are chopped, added to a saucepan where we will have put the oil. Sauté a little over low heat and add the garlic, onion, pepper (all cut into small pieces) and salt. We continue sautéing (always over low heat).
Next we add bay leaf, chilli pepper, paprika and continue sautéing.
Add water and cook until almost tender (Be careful if you need to add water)
Finally add a garlic mash, parsley and white wine and cook another little while until they are tender.

2. Virgin olive oil
3. Coarse salt

10. A splash of white wine

Brown Cod

Method



1.Mix the beaten eggs with the straw legs


2.Put the pan to heat put a splash of oil and the garlic clove


3.Remove the garlic and put the cod cut into chunks


4.Put the mixture of the potatoes and mix them with the cod


5.Finally stir everything and let it brown
