My grandmother taught me how to make lamd sweetbreads . It is really yummy. I have made this dish for my family and they all said it was delicious. I like that you can change the ingredients.

Once the gizzards are clean, they are chopped, added to a saucepan where we will have put the oil. Sauté a little over low heat and add the garlic, onion, pepper (all cut into small pieces) and salt. We continue sautéing (always over low heat).
Next we add bay leaf, chilli pepper, paprika and continue sautéing.
Add water and cook until almost tender (Be careful if you need to add water)
Finally add a garlic mash, parsley and white wine and cook another little while until they are tender.
