The bull took Kedu home. There was a plate with a big yellow pancake. When Kedu took a bite, he was surprised that it tasted like a potatoes and eggs. It was not a pancake after all, but a big yellow omelet! “Tortilla,” said the bull. He pointed to other things on the table and said their names in Spanish. In turn, Kedu said the names in English. “Fork, spoon, plate, glass,” said Kedu and the bull said it too. Kedu clapped his hands and said, “Bravo!” &nbsp;He had a wonderful time learning Spanish. But it felt even better to teach English and the bull was a very good student!

When they went to the village of Molyvos on the island of Lesvos, Kedu’s heart thumped loudly. There were tall trees with lovely purple leaves over restaurants. Many frogs and other animals were strolling down the cobbled streets.&nbsp; He made new friends and all were just delighted with him!

“Ciao,” said a little white goat when Kedu arrived in Venice, Italy riding a gondola. Kedu quickly tried to explain that he didn’t know Italian. But he would be happy to learn Italian and he would be happy to teach English. The goat was very pleased with Kedu and their lessons started.&nbsp;&nbsp;

With the help of his new friends, Kedu found his perfect place in Greece. In his small yet cozy house, he finally unpacked his bag. He brought out his books and a great idea came to him. “I found my perfect home,” Kedu said. “Now, it’s time for my books to have a home as well. “

One morning, Kedu woke up to a bright day. He ran outside and saw the sun peeking through some clouds. “I missed you, Sun!” He said as he waved to the sky. But soon, the sun disappeared again and so Kedu made a very important decision. He packed his clothes and books in his bag. He rode his bicycle away as he waved good-bye to his dear friends. Kedu wanted to find a new home where the sun didn’t hide behind the gloomy clouds. First stop was Spain!

When Kedu arrived in Greece, he felt a tingling in his fingers. The houses were painted white and the rooftops were the same color as the sea. He knew he has in a very special place because the first friend he ever made was a shy little frog! “I am Kedu,” he told the frog. “What is your name?” The shy little frog replied, “Kendra.”

Kedu pointed to the leaves and said, “Purple.” He pointed to the summer sky and said, “Blue.” He pointed to the warm bright sun and said, “Yellow.” His new friends eagerly said it back and asked him to teach them more English words. So Kedu pointed to a house and said, “Home.”

“Magnificent!” Kedu exclaimed when he stood &nbsp;in front of a great stone structure in Germany. “Thank you,” replied a red squirrel eating a chestnut. “That is the Brandenburg Gate!” Kedu was surprised to hear the squirrel speaking in English. “Yes, I can understand you,” said the squirrel. “I can speak a little English. Can you teach me more? You look like a great teacher!” Kedu was very pleased to do just that.

And so it was that Kedu decided to build a school in Greece. His new friends were very happy that Kedu decided to stay with them forever! With joy in his eyes and joy in his heart, Kedu said, “I will teach English here to all the animals who want to learn. &nbsp;Now I have found the perfect place for me!”&nbsp;&nbsp;

Kedu had a wonderful time in Switzerland. He taught English to many young animals. He also talked to them in Spanish, French and German. One day, Kedu saw the tall peak of the Matterhorn. &nbsp;He suddenly felt like he had to see the land on the other side of the mountain! Switzerland was a very nice place, but something was still missing. So he waved good-bye to his new friends and said, “It’s time for me to go! Thank you! Merci! Gracias!”

Kedu travelled to the beautiful city of Paris in France. A little white poodle saw him and said, “Bonjour!” Kedu scratched his green head and answered,&nbsp; “My name is Kedu.” The poodle replied quickly in French, but this time Kedu knew what to do. He pointed to himself and said, “Frog!” Then he pointed at the poodle and said, “Dog!” Kedu and his new friend spent many happy days teaching and learning each other’s language. “I really love teaching English,” Kedu joyfully thought to himself.

Kedu loved living in Italy. The weather was not so hot but not so cold either. He made many friends and taught English to more animals. But still, in his heart, he felt that just one little thing was missing! “I really love travelling,” Kedu thought. “But will I ever find my perfect home?”&nbsp; He packed his books in his bag. It was time to leave once more.&nbsp;&nbsp;

“Could this be home?” Kedu thought to himself. His new friend Kendra was very nice, beautiful and funny. Together they visited many places and islands like the Preveli Beach, Lindos, Crete and Athens.&nbsp; “I have never felt this kind of happiness and wonder,” &nbsp;he told Kendra and she smiled shyly back at him.

Kedu visited many beautiful places in France. He tasted a lot of delicious French food. But although it was a lovely place, he still felt that his home was somewhere else. He bade good-bye to his friend the poodle. “I hope to see you again soon,” the poodle proudly said in English. “Your English is now very good,” said Kedu as he rode his bicycle and he travelled once more.

The sun was always bright in the sky in Spain and Kedu made many new friends. But still he felt that something was missing. “I will keep looking for my perfect home,” he thought. So he packed his books once again and said farewell. “Adios,” he said as he waved to the bull. “Good-bye,” the bull replied.

The sights in Switzerland took his breath away! There were grassy hills and snow-capped mountains. Beside a crystal clear lake, he saw two beavers waving at him. “Hola! Bonjour! Hello,” said the big beaver. “What language do you speak, little frog?” With a big grin, Kedu walked closer to the beavers. He found out that the animals in Switzerland already spoke many languages. “But I am too busy to teach my son English,” the big beaver said while pointing to the small beaver, “Could you teach him for me?”

Life in England was grand and great. But although Kedu loved spending time with his friends, he missed the warmth and brightness of the sun. It was always so very cold and rainy in England!

The sun was bright in the blue sky when Kedu finally arrived in Spain. &nbsp;Even the street under his frog feet felt hot and toasty. “Hola, amigo,” cried a big brown bull. Then it began to say other things that Kedu could not understand! “Hello,” Kedu replied shyly. “I am Kedu the Frog.” The bull nodded quickly. It pointed to Kedu and said “Rana!” “Frog,” Kedu said again, pointing to himself. “Rana,” insisted the bull and finally Kedu understood. Rana is the Spanish word for frog!

Kedu gave a little croak as he sat down for afternoon tea with his friends. It was a grey and rainy day in England. But a merry fire was burning in the grate so Kedu and his friends felt nice and warm. His big round eyes sparkled in the firelight as he picked up a biscuit with his little green hand. “Do you remember that hot sunny day when we took a trip to the country?” asked Kedu and the house was soon filled with grunts, chirps, purrs, barks and croaks&nbsp;of laughter. “What a wonderful day that was!” Kedu exclaimed and his friends all happily agreed.&nbsp;

Kedu enjoyed his time in Germany. He saw many splendid places and made a lot of friends. The squirrel was so happy to learn English that it called many animals to learn from Kedu as well. Very soon, Kedu had a whole class of eager students waiting to learn English from him! He taught them gladly, but wondered if he could have his perfect home in Germany. “I don’t think that my home is in Germany,” he said one day. “It’s time for me to go and look for the perfect place!”
