Preface
This book was created by the students of the 1st High School of Avlona, that take part in ERASMUS Program "www.aMUSE(U)Ment.eu – Youth thinking about their recent cultural heritage”, a two-year project with partners from five countries. The program is co-ordinated by the Sekundarschule school from Zörbig, Germany, and participants are: the 1st High School of Avlona, the Höhere Technische Bundeslehr-und Versuchsanstalt Wiener Neustadt , Austria, the Liceo Cannizzaro, Italy and the Manisa Sosyal Bilimler Lisesi, Turkey.

The program is about creating a museum. Each school has taken on a different theme and our school has undertaken to create a folk museum related to the everyday life of modern man. Folk museums usually capture the daily life of the past. The difference of our museum is it deals not only with the past, but with the present as well. In this e-book, we deal with a specific aspect of the daily life: Nutrition. 

The material for this book, which is part of our museum, was gathered by our students during our trips (sightseeing tours in Athens, the Treasure Hunt game and our tours in Palermo), a questionnaire answered by all partners and the texts and photos our partners sent to us. Afterwards, the students used all their creativity to bring all the material in the form of this digital book. We hope you enjoy it!!!
