Role/Rise in Revolution
He graduated as an engineer from the Colegio Militar in 1888, and rose to the rank of general. He wanted to move up to a more powerful position but his uncle said no and sent him away to Chile as a Mexican Consul. In October 1912, he rose in an unsuccessful revolt against Madero. Felix was a guy that always wanted more power but couldn't have it so he was greedy, but he was a general and leader.
Weaknesses
Felix had no military talent and no charm. The only reason he was able to stand against his enemies was because of his family. His name and his looks attracted people to look up to him like he was the boss.
Ten Tragic Days
The first day of the Ten Tragic Days took place at the National Palace. It began on February 9, 1913. Felix Diaz was released from the Mexico City Prison and marched to the palace but he lost the battle.
Plots Against Madero
Felix Diaz and Pascual Orozco worked together to lead two fights against Madero. They plotted it from their jell cells. These plots ended when a military rising broke in 1913. Diaz then teamed up with Reyes and Huerta to fight Madero.
