A new book

The kingdom of Candy Crush was so peaceful,sweet,and fun.You could even taste the surgery candy in the air.One day in the Magic kingdom an evil witch cast a spell on the kingdom with her wand. Suddenly the kingdom started to spoil and rotten and the food was decreasing.People were starving and people started to get really sick.Betty was the name of the princess of Candy Crush.Betty was 12 years old and since she has always been in her castle she does not have friends.Plus she doesn't have the best social skills and feels lonely most of the time.The day that the witch cast the spell,Betty new that she had to do something about it.

Betty got ready to go into the forest where the witches layer is.Right before she left her dad(The king) gave her something really important for her journey to take the witches wand back and save her kingdom.It was an ancient sword passed down from generation to generation.He said to her “The witches layer is deep in the forest with all sorts of harmful creatures.Be careful and protect yourself.I wish you the best luck on your quest.”

“Thank you,Dad”Betty said.She hugged her dad,then she started her journey.She hiked to the entrance of the scary forest.Before she went into the forest she took a big breath outward and started to hike through the forest.She was really scared because she new that there were lots of monsters.
”Hello!?” No one answered.”Is anybody there?” No answer again.

There were lots of big trees so she looked behind all of them to make sure she wasn't jump scared by anything.When she looked behind one of the trees saw a tiny, sour patch kid.The only weird thing about it was that it was alive!She thought that the sour patch kid was injured since it was sitting in pain against the tree so she bent down to see it.

”Hi there little fella,are you ok?”

The sour patch kid did not answer but it waved signaling to move in a direction.She thought that the sour patch kid was leading her to the witches layer so she started to follow it.She continued to follow when all of the sudden the forest started to darken and get scary.She could hear the growls and cries of children in the forest.The sour patch kid finally stopped in the middle of the petrifying forest,behind the rocks and trees there were bigger sour patch kids.

They looked like they were a tribe or something Betty thought.She looked behind her and saw more!

She said”Why are you doing this?””Are you trying to hurt me?”

The sour patch kids surprisingly replied back and said “We will make you one of us!”

They were surrounding her slowly coming in closer.Betty saw an opening in their combat formation and started to sprint out of there.The south patch kids quickly started to run after her.She saw a hole in the ground and jumped in it.All most all of the sour patch kids didn't know were she was and continued running and hoping that they would find her.She climbed out of the steep hole and found three big sour kids.When they started to come towards her and attack her,she swiftly got out the sword from her scabbard and sliced there sour heads off!She realized that the sword her dad gave her came in handy.She took a deep breath and then she chuckled to herself.

Then she continued her journey to the witch's lair.She still had a rough hike through the forest.Her legs were so tired from running and running from the evil sour heads.She could barely walk but she still pushed through.The thought of saving her kingdom made her stronger.

She walked along the trail until she saw a really weird type of pond.But there wasn't water in it,but caramel.She saw the caramel bubbling.She thought someone was drowning,so she went towards it,put her hand out.But she fell in it.She tried to get out but she couldn’t!She was struggling to get out.Suddenly the magical tree above her that she thought was an evil tree since the forest was so creepy swooped down and grabbed her by the branches before she fully submerged into the quicksand.

Betty said “Thank you so much!,you saved me.How could I ever repay you”

The tree said”You shall slay the witch and take her wand,then break the curse spell she caused on our beautiful kingdom and forest”.

Betty nodded her head and hiked to the witches cave. She was relieved she was finally there.Before she went into the witches dark and eerie cave she took out her sword.When she walked into it she saw cobwebs,blood,and gooey stuff on the wall.

The witch appeared in front of her ”well,well,well,look who decided to show,”the witch said in a gruff scratchy voice

“You have to give me your wand so I can break the curse you set on my kingdom or else I will slay you!”she replied.

“In your dreams”the witch said.

Betty began to charge at her,but she couldn't get a hold of her because she moved swiftly on her broomstick.She thought of an idea.Betty decided to cut her broom stick in half

As soon as Betty cut her broomstick,the evil witch started to sob.Betty was so confused.

The witch said “Get out of here!,you have done enough”.She threw her wand at her in sadness.

“Thank you”.Then she entered out of the cave with the wand and turned her sword into a big dragon.Then quickly rode home on it to save her kingdom.As soon as she landed on the ground of Candy Cuss she broke the curse the witch had set on the kingdom.The rotted trees and castle started to change in color and form.The food started to despoil and the people started to feel better.All of the people of the kingdom ran out of their houses and began to thank Betty.They all started cheering her name.

This was the first time in her life she got so much attention.She felt so happy and hugged her dad.After this day she made so many friends and was known as the princess that saved her kingdom
