The tribe was correct about the British not being able to be trusted. The British came off the boat with weapons which the tribe had never seen before. Both the British and the tribe had the same idea. To fight one another! Although the tribe going up against an enemy that seemed powerful was crazy, the brave warriors still wanted to fight! 

Roberto was born in Compton, California and has a twin. Both him and his twin have an older sister and a younger brother. When Roberto isn't working on his school work, he's spending his time with his friends or listening to music. He loves to listen to music, hang out with friends, and watch anime.&#160;

I am a 17 year old that lives in Compton, California and currently a junior in Dominguez High School. I have been in 12 different schools during my years in education. My favorite thing to do on my free time is to go shopping. My goal for the future is to complete high school and attend California State Long Beach.

I am currently a junior in Dominguez High School. I am 16 years old and have a twin sister. My plans for the future is to go to UCI and have a successful career. I was born in Lakewood and was raised in Compton for my whole life. My favorite things to do are listen to music and play video games.

Angel was raised and continues to live in the city of Compton. Being in the Dominguez High School Class of 2020, he wrote this book to show his imagination about history. His hopes are to one day graduate from a post-secondary education and have a stable career.

I am a 17 year old junior at Dominguez High School, some of my hobbies include drawing/painting, listening to music, and dancing. I am also part of the cheer team at Dominguez next year will be my second year on being part of the team.

I am currently an eleventh grade student enrolled in Dominguez High School. My hobbies are drawing and writing, so participating in this activity was really enjoyable. The Cold War was a topic that intrigued my interest and so I decided to inform children about this point in history. My plans for the future are to attend The University of California, Los Angeles and major in Neuroscience.

Princess Lillian had heard many people talking about a space ship being launched. Her curiosity was peaked, and so she made her way to where the crowd of people were waiting. The people next to her started talking "... I heard Katherine G Johnsons helped supply the trajectory for the space ship," the short lady said. With which her friend replied, "Oh, I hope John Glenn comes back safe!"

As soon as the British arrived, the tribe noticed. A lot of things was going through their mind; however, the main thing that bothered them was that these strange people had come unexpectedly. They knew that these people were suspicious and should not be trusted.

When the towers collapsed, everyone was scared and didn't know what to do. We had several heroes (police, fire department, ambulance) do everything they could to help the people who were injured.

Mrs. Day assigned a project to her students about women fighting for their rights. Malorie had so many ideas, she couldn't wait until she got home. 

Malorie did not know what time period she should do. She decided that she would do her research first and then choose a time period.

The longer Christopher Columbus and his crew members stayed the worse it got for the Native Americans living there, their land began getting taken from them more and more along with their resources. The Native Americans found it hard to deal with the cruel treatment they were constantly being put through, they felt that they should no longer have to meet the demands that the explorers made so they began to fight back against them.

Malorie walked into a room filled with women talking about a group called National Organization for Women (NOW) in 1966. She wanted to know more so she sat down to listen. They talked about women's rights, feminism, reproductive rights, etc.

As people who depended heavily on the different seasons to provide them certain foods, life wasn't always easy for Native Americans. In the winter they were able to enjoy the birds and other animals they would preserve from the fall. In the spring they hunted fish and picked berries. In the summer they were able to grow certain crops such as beans, corn, and squash. Lastly, in the fall they hunted and preserved food to ensure their food for the winter.

Not only did their environment serve for food but it was also crucial for their clothing and shelter. Seeing as they had a lot of laborious work, they always wished for the luxuries they saw other lands enjoy.

It was a beautiful sunny day on September 11, 2001. Everything seemed to be the same as always until something happened.

"Then that little man in black there, he says women can't have as much rights as men, 'casue Christ wasn't a woman! Where did your Christ come from? From God and a Woman! Man had nothing to do with him! If the first woman god ever made was strong enough to turn the world upside down..." -Sojourner Truth (1851)

"Who is she?" asked Malorie. A person that had over heard Malorie answered her question and said, her name is Sojourner Truth and she is giving a speech called "Ain't I a women?" it's for women to have the same rights as men.

A LONG WAY TO WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE

In 1918, Thomas Woodrow Wilson, without many wishes, approved a constitutional change. Finally, in 1919, President Wilson, of the Democratic Party, personally announced his support for women's suffrage. As more and more states approved the vote, their representatives in Congress also did.

The tribe had lived in this land for a very long time and they had villages all around the terrain. Besides having family, farms, and buildings, the tribe also had strong warriors. the bravery of the warriors is the reason why they have control over the land.

September 11, 2001 is the day where everyone will remember for days to come. September 11th is the day where four planes were hijacked: the first two planes,&#160;American Airlines Flight 11&#160;and&#160;United Airlines Flight 175, were crashed into the North and South towers of the&#160;World Trade Center, the third plane, American Airlines Flight 77, was crashed into&#160;the Pentagon, and the fourth plane,&#160;United Airlines Flight 93, crashed into the White House.

It was around the 1600s and just like any other day, the Native Americans were out doing their regular routine as usual. Women were gathering crops, children were playing, and men were out hunting. Suddenly they all received a call indicating that there was an emergency meeting occurring. No one knew what it could possibly be about , but it seemed incredibly important as it was even mandatory for everyone to attend. Everyone began gathering, talking within themselves and discussing what they thought it could possibly be about. Once everyone was gathered inside and sitting down, the Chief came and everyone had gone quiet waiting and listening to what was possibly going on.

Princess Lillian decided to go for a walk when she noticed a group of men and women gathered around a man. She paused and payed attention to what was happening. "...I will make sure to close the gap in the Space Race!" When the man finished the crowd roared with claps and cheerful yelling. She decided to wander some more, and so she continued walking.

After the battle was finished, the warriors were celebrated by everyone in the tribe. Because of their bravery, the tribe would continue to prosper and grow in the land. Many months passed by, but the British never returned. The Warriors really showed them that they were strong and should not be messed with. So the tribe continued to live freely and fight off anything that came to try and threaten them.

Lillian is reminded of her brother, and how much she misses him. she walks away from the crowd and calls her brother. Her brother answers and smiles at her. He tells her about developing Voskhod and Soyuz, spaceships. He starts ranting about how the Soviet Union will win the space race. Thus sparking Lillian's competitive nature. "We will win! Once we do we can go back home and tell mother all about it". Her brother agrees and they both say goodbye to each other.

The colonists were no longer able to get on the boats that they had in order to travel anymore, because one of the new laws stated that they could not use the harbors until they payed for all of the tea they dumped. This was the final straw for Samuel and his large group of colonists. They went on to fight even further until they got what they wanted: fair laws for everyone.

Columbus arrived in North America on October 12, 1492 and soon discovered they weren't the only ones on that island, Columbus and his crew members met the Native Americans that lived on the land but he mistakenly took them for Indians because he originally thought they were in India.

"Oh no! I over slept, I need to get to school!" Malorie got ready as fast as she could and ran to school.

Malorie was next to present her project. "Good morning class, today I'm going to talk about women activism, and how women fight for what's right for them and what they deserve." Mrs. Day couldn't believe how invested Malorie was in her project.

Samuel got a large group of colonists together that were also angry with the new changes that Parliament made. They all teamed up to go against these rules. They shouted out, in large groups, to all of Great Britain about how unfair this was to them. They made signs to go along with their anger that read "No Taxation Without Representation", which was their way of saying that they did not want the new changes to stay.

The rule-makers, who were called "Parliament", came up with this great idea to save Britain. They thought that if they made everything more expensive for the people that lived in the land, who were called the colonists, they would earn their money back and be able to control the land with safety again.

All this change started during the late nineteenth and early twentieth century when American feminists such as Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Carrie Chapman Catt, and Lucy Stone initiated an active campaign for the suffrage using marches, speakers on the streets, petitions, and rallies, whose objectives were, the incorporation of women into work, the right to vote, and an improvement in education.

In replacement of the Twin Towers, a new tower has been rebuilt named "One World Trade Center". This tower claimed the title of&#160;New York&#160;City's tallest skyscraper due to it being a little over 1,250 feet high.

What the British did not know was that deeper in the "New World" was a Native American tribe called the Algonquian Indians. This tribe was filled with life and they controlled the land around them, doing whatever it takes to protect it.

After all the challenges the women's suffrage movement went through, the 19th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States was ratified on August 18, 1920, which provides men and women with equal voting rights.

The Chief and the rest of his people quickly went to the shore of the ocean where they saw many big ships floating, knowing that those were the invaders they were waiting for. They then came face to face with who they learned to be the Europeans. The Chief was first going to try to talk it out with them and tell them they weren't giving anything up and that they should go back home as there is nothing for them there. He tried his best to convince them, but the Europeans weren't taking no for an answer and told them they would fight them for the land if they had to. With knowing they weren't going to leave, the Chief knew they would have to battle, and he promised he would do anything to keep them from taking their land.

It was not until later that one of the sides would win the huge battle. After years and years of fighting, Great Britain finally won the war over France in the December of 1763. Even though France lost the battle and had to give away some of their land, the two sides came to an agreement and became very close friends. They all signed a piece of paper that meant the battle would not happen ever again, and it was called the &#168;Treaty of Paris&#168;.

A Long Way to Women's Suffrage

"Am i back home? I remember seeing this on T.V" , Malorie told herself. "This is the abortion protest, women are fighting for their rights to say what they can do with their own body. Men that do not have one clue about women are making us feel less unappreciated.'' said a women angrily.

The journey to the new territory (Europe) took an amount of days no one really anticipated, the sea was calm mostly, and everyone just could not wait to arrive. They finally arrived to this new land; the land they always dreamed of while having very little information on it. 

Here they made contact with many European people who spoke completely different languages and looked completely different. These people were strangely welcoming. They seemed to really be happy about the coming of the Aztecs. They offered them places to sleep, food, and even introduced them to jobs they could have. But the only goal the Aztecs had was to take over the land and become richer. 

In the end of the battle, there could only be one winner. This time, power wasn't the only thing that would determine a victor. Bravery also played a huge part in this battle. The tribe came out to be the victorious ones and they showed that bravery could be far more stronger than power alone.

The British have just discovered the "New World" and they wanted to celebrate. They came up with the idea of having a settlement in the "New World" in honor of their queen Elizabeth 1. They all decided that their settlement would be called "Virginia".

Yuri G. is the first man in space thanks to the Soviet Union. April 12, 1961

As Princess Lillian walked she noticed paper on the floor. She bent down, picked it up, and was surprised to see her brother on the cover page. "Yuri G. is the first man in space thanks to the Soviet Union, April 12, 1961," She said out loud. Lillian giggled to her self, and thought about the silly name her brother chose. Then she continued her journey through the land, which she later found out is called, The United States.

The Chief was now face to face with the leader of the Europeans, both glaring at each other with hatred.The Chief tried to calmly talk to him to try once more and convince him to leave him and his people alone but the leader of the Europeans did not care, so the Chief had no other choice. He began running straight for the European man, ready to end him in order to safe his people and land. He knew it was dangerous for him to go after him no back-up, but he was willing to sacrifice his life if it mean he could save his people. As he was now close to the leader, he shot his arrow straight towards the man finishing it once and for all.

Women were generally considered intellectually inferior and unable to think for themselves. For that reason, it seemed evident that they should not claim to have the same civil rights as men. They claimed that political affairs, in particular, were beyond the reach of the female spirit, and therefore it was unthinkable to pretend that women could vote. Its origins go back to the old regime where legally subordinate to their father or husband. Until the Declaration of Sentiments that emerged from the Seneca Falls Convention in New York in July 1848, the first convention on the rights of women demanding equal rights in different fields such as marriage, salaries, property, and custody of children. The first suffragettes that supported the cause were Sarah and Angelina Grimk&#233;, Sojourner Truth, Amelia Bloomer, and others.

The native Americans and explorers fought over the land but as a result many ended up extremely injured or in this case even passed away because they could not get proper treatment to heal all of their injuries before they got worse.  

When women were able to vote, they showed no ignorance or fear, and voted in a very serious way, showing a wide knowledge of the suffrage.

The arrow went straight into the Europeans heart, killing him all at once. Once this caught the attention of the rest of the Europeans they immediately stopped fighting and started to surrender even though they didn't want to. They quickly left to their ships, in a hurry to get away and never come back after seeing their leader get killed. Once they were gone the Native Americans screamed in victory, although many of them were incredibly sad for the fact that some of their people were killed, they were still glad they were able to protect their land from the Europeans. They quickly went back to their homes, brought back the children they kept safe and paid their respects to those who died to protect them. The Chief quickly stood up in front of everyone, catching their attention immediately. " I would like to let you all know that with everyone's help, especially those who died for us, we were able to keep what is ours." said the Chief. "No matter what happens, we will forever protect our land and never let anyone try to take it ever again, no one can take our land!" Screamed the Chief. Along with this every one else began screaming and cheering, grateful to have such a leader.

About 175 years ago, the United States started suffragism, one of the most important social and political movements in the history of mankind. From the Declaration of Sentiments (1848) to the introduction of the Nineteenth Amendment in the U.S. Constitution (1920), an intense worldwide struggle for the political rights of women that took place until women's votes were obtained.

Although they were always desiring a better life they didn't feel powerful enough to ever try to become like the higher societies they always heard about. Instead they developed their own societies in which everyone played important roles. Women were in charge of bringing food home. All the women in the tribes had been taught from a very young age to hunt. They were well educated on the different species and on how to use any weapon to ensure a good kill.

The indigenous societies always praised women for their braveness and sensitivity. Everyone knew these were two traits no one but a women could ever have. Men envied their power since they were in charge of work that did not take the same strenuous work and did not receive the same amount of recognition.

Christopher Columbus wanted a new way to sail in order to reach Asia so he estimated how far away Japan was from the Canary Islands and used that to determine a new path for them to sail.

In order for him to actually be able to sail to Asia he first needed money and ships but his idea was rejected until he asked the king and queen of Spain for help, in the end they gave him the money he needed along with three ships and crew members.

Samuel's crazy plans finally caught the attention of Parliament after the colonists refused to drink or buy their tea anymore, along with many other overpriced items. But, instead of this changing Parliament's mind, they were angered with the disagreement coming from their people. They released a new set of other laws called the "intolerable Acts" as punishment for what the colonists did.

Christopher Columbus was born in 1451, he was an Italian explorer and navigator.

Columbus had learned to sail from an early age, as he got older he worked as a business agent traveling around Ireland, Europe, and England.

As the story was told through years many people believe that Christopher Columbus was the one to "discover" America, but that's not exactly how the original story goes.

Christopher Columbus and his crew members were originally very mean to the Native Americans and even got many of them sick because of all the bad and new diseases that they brought with them from Europe to North America. For the Native Americans this was a really bad thing because they didn't have medicine to make them get better so many of them stayed sick, some Native Americans were even forced into helping the explorers even when they didn't want to.

Everyone panicked and didn't know what to do but call the airlines to make sure it wasn't true. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

"What is this? Where am I?" asked Malorie. "What are you doing here child?'' asked Elizabeth Cady Stanton. "I don't know where I'm at." said Malorie with a fright in her voice. "It's 1848 and it's the women suffrage movement, every women here are fighting for our rights to vote and we are not going to give up." Elizabeth said very determined.

There was so many protest and fights that women should have not even be fighting for, they should have always had the rights they fought for.

As Malorie began to do research for her project she fell asleep.

United Airlines Flight 175: a Boeing 767 aircraft, departed Logan Airport at 8:14&#160;a.m. en route to Los Angeles with a crew of nine and 51 passengers, not including five hijackers. After departing from Logan Airport, the hijackers hijacked the plane 30 minutes after take-off. 

The hijackers flew the plane into the southern facade of the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City at 9:03&#160;a.m. killing everyone inside the plane. 

Malorie knew she was in the Women's Strike for Equality in 1970. This strike was to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the nineteenth amendment, which gave American woman the right to vote. 

In the First World War, women joined the labor market to replace the men who had marched in front. For this reason, women began to claim more rights arguing that if they were competent to perform jobs specific to men, they were also entitled to enjoy their rights.

The colonists believed they were not being heard well enough by Parliament, since they never changed the rules. Samuel did not think that they would have to go farther, but he did not hold back with his plans. He made a brand new plan that would change history as we know it. They all gave away their favorite drink and dumped every single bit of tea they owned into the ocean to finally make them listen. On December 16, 1773, over 92,000 pounds of tea was thrown away! This was an important event that was later called the Boston Tea Party.

American Airlines Flight 77: a Boeing 757 aircraft, departed Washington Dulles International Airport at 8:20&#160;a.m. en route to Los Angeles with a crew of six and 53 passengers, not including five hijackers. After departing from Dulles International Airport, the hijackers hijacked the plane 30 minutes after take-off.

The hijackers flew the plane into the western facade of the Pentagon in&#160;Arlington County, Virginia, at 9:37&#160;a.m. killing everyone inside the plane.

Parliament went ahead with the plan and made a big list of all the new rules the colonists had to follow. The rules said that all types of things, like items that the colonists could buy, were much more expensive. These rules were glued onto the walls of buildings all over Great Britain, leaving no corner without a sign at all.

The end result of all this is that Christopher Columbus was not as great as people say he is, because of his actions the Native Americans were used and then slowly chased out of their own land all because the explorers began becoming greedy over power and land. Of course Christopher Columbus brought back new resources to Europe like potatoes, corn, and tomatoes was everything truly worth it in the end because after all we all wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Columbus "discovering" America.

A man that went by the name of Samuel Adams noticed a few changes that were made to the cost of an important item: tea. This angered the man very much as it seemed that tea was his favorite drink, along with many other colonists that agreed with him. He did not like the new changes at all because the prices to specific items had risen so much, so he secretly made a plan to try and change the new rules.

The movement for women's suffrage was a social reform movement of character organization that defended women's right to vote. Both men and women participated in this movement with the same objective to have equality between both sexes.

However, suffragism was faced with fierce opposition in which the arguments were based on gender discrimination. Not only men were opposed, but many women were also convinced that questioning the female prototype gave rise to uncertainties about the future.

Everything seemed to be going very well for the British people. They won the big war and kept their land safe. But, the rule-makers of Britain realized that there was a huge problem. Their main duty was to keep the land safe for the people to live. When they went to check how much money they had, they realized they spent too much money trying to prepare their soldiers for the battle and were now in need of more. How could they keep the land safe without any money?

"Today children, we're going to learn about women activism" said Mrs. Day. Malorie immediately wondered what activism meant, so she asked and Mrs. Day said "Women activism are women who fight for their rights and for what they know they deserve."

Malorie became intrigue with women fighting for their rights, she thought it was cool that women could be heroes too.

"Excuse me ma'am, what year is this and what's going on?", asked Malorie. "It's 1920 and the 19th amendment is now allowing women the right to vote.'' answered a lady as she put in her vote. 

Meanwhile men, for the most part, had to stay in the villages to take care of the children. They were in charge of teaching them, bathing them, and feeding them. Men also had to work in the large rich fields they had to pick crops. These crops would be accompanied by the meats their wives would bring home. The children had to go to small school in which they would learn the basics of the societies they lived in such as traditions, religion, and the history of their land. One of the main concept taught to children was the dream the people had to one day take over lands that had many riches.

After the many years and generations of teaching this history, the Natives never thought they would be able to gain the land they desired. But this all changed after they made Montezuma II chief.

Montezuma had a vision for his people; he wanted to be able to give them a better life in a brand new land. He began to organize an army. This army consisted of eager Aztec women and men in hopes of new opportunities in the "New Territory". They made sure to train for months day and night. They would use the skills they used while hunting animals to beat any enemy. They also made new and advanced weapons. These included arrows that were stronger, knives that could be launched far and with accuracy. They also developed important navigation skills since they would have to travel by sea they had to make sure they knew the ocean and all the precautions they should take.

From this association, they directed all their efforts to obtain the vote of the diverse states and to force a change in the American Constitution.

Days passed since the last meeting occurred, everyone preparing themselves for what was coming any day now. The Chief suspected that it will be incredibly soon when the invaders were coming and didn't want to take any chances since they weren't sure exactly when the invaders were coming so they made sure they had all their weapons prepared and all their resources safe and protected.

After a few more days passed, the Chief had a feeling the day had come and after he received another message from one of their Gods, he knew it was time. He hurriedly gathered everyone up informing them of the arrival of the invaders. They quickly put the children in a safe place and left some people out to take care of their crops and homes. The Chief quickly took some men and women with him to meet their invaders. All incredibly scared, they still had the same thing in mind, and that was that they weren't going to let anyone come and take whats theirs.

After their meeting with the Europeans, the Native Americans quickly went back to their houses to inform the rest of what was about to happen. The Native Americans took all the children to the safest and farthest place from where the battle was going to happen to keep them protected. They made sure to take all their necessities and left a few men and women to look over them. The rest of the Native Americans and the Chief began preparing for battle. While the Native Americans were preparing themselves, the Europeans were doing the same thing. Ready to do whatever they had to do in order to win and take the land as theirs. It was then time and the Native Americans and Europeans were standing face to face with each other, ready to fight and both having the same goal in mind.

And so the tribe and the British began to fight. The British had a huge advantage against the tribe.They had guns so powerful that one shot would cause the enemy to die. But that didn't stop the warriors from giving up! They would continue to fight on until they could no longer move a muscle.

Once upon a time, in a far away galaxy, The Kingdom of Eris was sad because their fellow prince and princess were leaving. They planned to journey through the galaxies in search of an adventure. Their mother, the queen, hugged her children and waved goodbye to them.

American Airlines Flight 11: a Boeing 767 aircraft, departed Logan Airport at 7:59&#160;a.m. en route to Los Angeles with a crew of 11 and 76 passengers, not including five hijackers. After departing from Logan Airport, the hijackers hijacked the plane 14 minutes after take-off. 

The hijackers flew the plane into the northern facade of the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City at 8:46&#160;a.m killing everyone inside the plane.

A very long time ago in the 1700's, a big battle broke-out between two large lands full of people. Great Britain, being one of them, was known as a powerful land with very strong soldiers. The soldiers of the land were in the battle against another large land known as France. The battle went on for a very long time, with both sides of the fight giving a hard time to each other. 

The Native Americans and Europeans were both standing on opposite sides from each other, now waiting to see who will be the first to fire. Many minutes had passed and yet nobody seemed to initiate the battle, but then as it was a quite, a single gunshot was heard from the Europeans and from there the battle began. Flying arrows were seen everywhere coming from the Native Americans and gunshots were heard coming from the Europeans. It was complete chaos and all that was heard were screams from both parties trying to aim to their goal.

Many were now injured and many were dead, but that didn't stop either the Native Americans or the Europeans from stopping their fight. As all the others were fighting among themselves, the Chief had one person in mind as his target which was the leader of the Europeans and he would make sure win the battle.

It was scary when the towers fell because it blew smoke everywhere. It was also sad when people had to clean up the mess that these terrorists made because they had to witness the people that passed away.

The Chief began speaking when he realized he had everyone's attention. "We have a problem" said the chief. This caught everyone's attention who was in the room immediately. "I recently received a message from one of our Gods, and I will let you know that it is not a good one. There is a great possibility we and our land are in great danger of getting invaded" The chief spoke up. This caused for everyone in the room to panic, immediately growing scared for their lives and what was to come. Everyone began speaking up, asking questions all at the same time causing it to look like chaos. The chief tried his best to calm everyone until he spoke up again "I am not sure of who it is that is coming, but I just wanted everyone to know and to prepare ourselves for what is to come. No matter what, we will not let anyone come and take our land, I will not allow it!" Said the Chief.

The terrorists crashed 2 planes into the World Trade Center Tower. This caused for the twin towers to fall all the way to the ground and for many people to die.

Determined to be a part of the race like her brother. Lillian applies to work at NASA. In time, she witnessed Neil Armstrong board APOLLO 11 and successfully land on the moon. Eagerly she called her brother, "I won!" she exclaimed. They both laughed, "Lets go home Lillian!" In the end, Princess Lillian and Prince Cael return to their home, The Kingdom of Eris.

The suffrage movement was born primarily headed by bourgeoisie women such as Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. The women of the bourgeoisie began to organize themselves around the struggle for the recognition of the right to suffrage. Suffragettes not only fought for the political rights of women, but also for equality in other aspects and fields. They gave priority to the fight for the vote because they considered that, once achieved, they could change the laws and institutions.

After a couple of weeks while living in these lands, the Native Americans knew they had to make a move so they began to make plans on ways they could slowly take over the people and the land. First, they started by encouraging people to follow their religion. Then, they began to have higher positions in their jobs which led them to force the Europeans to work under their supervision. Finally, after gaining a lot more power they began to treat them brutally. Beating them, forcing them to work extreme pay, and just taking over completely religiously and politically.

They were finally able to drive many Europeans out of the land and gracefully had complete control over their economy, religion, and politics. 

In the vast darkness of space a blue planet caught their attention. "Lets go there," Princess Lillian said excitingly, and so they both headed towards Earth. They landed in front of a shop. Through the glass, a square box was speaking, "The U.S.S.R. have stunned the United States! It is October 4, 1957, this marks the day that the Soviet Union launched Sputnik 1 into space..."

They were surprised that the people on this planet had not yet discovered the beauty of space. "Lets stay and see how everything unfolds," said Cael. His sister nodded while admiring the young ladies' dresses. "Where will you go brother?" Cael looked at the screen and said, "With the Soviets". Then he disappeared.

The Battle for Land

I'm currently a student at Dominguez High School. This is my first book ever which is pretty cool because I never thought about writing a book. I decided to write about women suffrage so children can see how women's rights have suffered historical swings, advances and setbacks in the long way to the present situation, which for many is still far from perfect. 

I am currently a junior at Dominguez High School. For my very first book ever, I decided to change up history a bit as I thought that would be real interesting. I decided to write about when the Europeans went and took over the land of the Native Americans but changed it to the Native Americans fighting back and keeping their land. As this was my very first book to ever write, I thought it was a very interesting and cool experience. I hope people would enjoy the book I wrote and think its interesting to see how history could have taken many different ways.

I currently go to Manuel Dominguez High School. Softball is one of my hobbies and it's a wonderful sport to make me forget about everything and stay stress free. This is the first time that I have written a book, I decided to do a children's book to explain to children that women have to fight for their rights and that they are still fighting them. The message is to never give up on yourself and and what you believe on.

I am currently a 17 year-old high school student enrolled in Manuel Dominguez High School.  I really enjoy the world of literature, as I've written many works before. Poems, essays, stories..I've done it all. I also have an extreme admiration for art and music. I have experience in a variety of instruments and have created art in my spare time.

I am 16 years old and currently in 11th grade. I hope to graduate high school and pursue my dream career in psychology while studying at the University of Santa Barbara.

I currently attend Dominguez High School in Compton, California. I'll be in the graduating class of 2020, hoping to attend the University of Miami, and major in nursing. I decided to touch on the topic of the Cold War because I believe that children should get a better interpretation of the Cold War, visually.

After this tragedy ended, throughout the day of September 11, 2001,&#160;2,996&#160;people were killed (including the 19 hijackers) and more than 6,000 others injured.

Before their expedition to the new territory they built ships that would each accommodate approximately 150 of their brave soldiers. They had to make sure they would fit their people and their advanced weapons. The process of constructing the ships took about 5 months before they were actually able to take them out into the ocean. In creating all of their new innovations their natural resources and exposure to laborious work truly came to their advantage. 

The day everyone awaited with excitement finally arrived, the great voyage to the "new territory".

It was also very sad when people found out that the Pentagon in Washington D.C. because it caused even more deaths.

Today, we still see the White House, its still standing without any damage to it. Simply because an airport was delayed by 40 minutes on September 11, 2001.

The evacuation from the White House was ordered around 9:20 a.m. The Evacuation was slow and desultory. At 9:30 a.m. Flight 93 hit the White House as the delayed evacuation is taking place. The White House is destroyed in the blast due to the planes size. Everyone in the plane and inside the White House died. High ranking executive politicians in the White House evacuated a few minutes before 93 hit.

The symbol of the American presidency is destroyed. Historical artifacts that were hundreds of yeas old would just be gone. Instead of talking to people from the oval office, George W. Bush instead does it from a make shift office somewhere in D.C. 

The United States honored those who died and those who helped by making a fountain where the towers last stood and putting the names of the people who passed away around it.

What if the Fourth Plane Actually Hit Its Target?

These terrorist attack would have left the nation blind-sighted as its greatest monuments are destroyed. The White House being destroyed could've been the most significant event of 9/11. Imagine growing up never seeing the White House.

Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked (took over) a passenger plane and they planned suicide attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

During the Progressive Era (1890-1920), women played a very active role in the greatest economic, cultural and political transformation of American society. This growth in the public role of women allowed the suffragettes to be more aggressive in supporting their cause, developing better support bases in community programs, in alcoholic beverage abstinence organizations, in labor unions, and in the reform movements. That arouse then throughout the country.

United Airlines Flight 93: a Boeing 757 aircraft, departed Newark International Airport at 8:00&#160;am en route to San Francisco, with a crew of seven and 33 passengers, not including four hijackers. After departing from Newark International Airport, the hijackers were slower, hijacking the plane 45 minutes after take-off.

Flight 93 was hijacked around 8:45 a.m., the same time Flight 175 was hijacked and right when Flight 11 hit the North Tower. Flight 93 then turns around as Flight 77 is hijacked. By the time the South Tower is hit, it is already over Pennsylvania.
