WHAT IS FLIPGRID?
Flipgrid is a social learning platform that allows educators to ask a question, and then their students respond in a video. Flipgrid empowers student voice. Students capture short videos to share ideas and experiences with their classmates on the topics you define.
WHY SHOULD I USE FLIPGRID?
With Flipgrid you can speak to your students and they can respond back through audio and video. This can help with social emotional learning and a sense of community. Conversations can be held asynchronously, unlike Google Meet. Students can also upload video projects that they have created through WeVideo. *Note: Teachers can moderate and hide video responses. Students do NOT make accounts, only teachers.
