A new book

The children in Maple Class have been producing some excellent descriptive writing about a storm using personification.  Enjoy!

Maple Class - Personification

As if the world had been drained of colour blackness spread a thick blanket of fear over the town.

The lighting was as scary as seeing a dead wildbeast .

Hope you don't get struck by lightning /beware.

Like a giants fist ,lightning hit the ground and made the world shake.

Like a stampede of elephant , people ran into there homes .

But when they got home they were wrecked.

Carelessly and wrecklessly the lightning made houses crash to the ground.
