The Cookbook in your hands contains our favorite recipes - salads, soups, main dishes, and desserts in English. It is published by students in VIIIv class at Nesho Bonchev School - Panagyurishte, supported by our English teacher Mrs. Bobekova. Having focused on developing English vocabulary, it is expected to be a hit among our classmates, families, and friends.

Chapter 1
Salads
Caesar salad
History
The creation of the salad is sometimes attributed to restaurateur Cesar Cardini, an Italian immigrant who owned restaurants in Mexico and the United States. Cardini lives in San Diego, but also works in Tijuana.
His daughter Rosa (1928–2003) recounts that her father was creating a salad when a large influx of customers around the Fourth of July in 1924 depleted the kitchen's supplies. Cardini makes It with what he has, adding a dramatic touch "from the chef" by preparing the salads alongside the serving tables.
