Another reason Harriet is a hero is she released slaves after she saved up enough money to get them out of the place they worked at once Harriet returned for them.

Harriet is a hero because she did many important jobs, she worked as a nurse, cook, laundress, spy and scout.

Harriet Tubman deserves to be on a stamp because she was an African American hero. Harriet was a hero because she guided 300 slaves to freedom and was well known for it.
