chapter 1

there are many ways to fish and places to go. fresh water fishing can be challenging but once you get good at it, it can be fun and useful. you need to know the basics first. fishing is fun, to some people its a sport. learning about this will have a impact on your life. you can have awesome story's and make great memory's.

chapter 2
find a spot to fish.
first you have to find where a good spot to fish. it depends, on what your fishing for. if your fishing for bass then you would want to use a jig or a lure. if you where going for catfish then use live bait or just normal bait. it all depends on what you are going for. also if you are on a boat in a lake pond, stream, or river any of these places you can fish many types of ways. example such as you are in a stream and you are using some type off bait you wanna cast upstream with a small ball weight on it depending on ow deep the water is. if your fishing on a pond most people will fish from shore using a lure or jig. in lakes you could fish the same as in a pond but it is better to go out on a boat while fishing in a lake.

what to use while fishing.
many people have their own opinion for what you should use. many people use jigs for bass. or will use lures. using jigs are better because they look more natural. also one of the best things to use is bait. there are many baits to use such as worms, live bait, crayfish, peaces of meat. these are all great baits you can use for fishing. remember fishing with bait means you are most likely going to catch something big.

fishing techniques.
whether your on a dock on shore in water waist deep your always going to use some type of way to fish. there are many types of ways to fish. an example such as trolling, trolling is when you go out on a boat and let out a lot of line and drive the boat at a walking pace. or you could go night fishing when most fish are out which is really good for catfish. also you could go fly fishing for salmon. also if your trying to get bait fish use a cast net. there are many more fishing techniques you can use to fish fresh water.

fishing equipment is very important. equipment for fishing can be helpful in many ways. examples of equipment such as a fishing pole, fishing boat and whatever type of bait or jig your using for whatever fish you are going for. also what test pound line you have, bigger fish bigger test pound line. plus a tackle box for everything you need
