fist you need to find out were your going  and how your getting there in my  opinion you should go by train but  you don't have to . so fist find a time line for your local train station and find a good time to go and buy the ticket to your destination .     

after that pack supplies for the trip such as :food ,a good amount of water,a fist aid kit ,a phone and tickets for the train .
