THE Egyptain didn't worship cats , but they did believe that cats had magcial powers they believe cats guared thier children and their homes. it was aganist the law in EGYPT to harm any cat ... the Egyptain Goddess basetet had the head of a cat and the obdy of a wonman.

 The ancient Egyptian blut pyramid as a tomb for the pharaohs and their queen.The pharaohs were buried in pyramids of many differnet shapes and sizes from before the beginning of the old kingdom to the end of the middle kingdom . there are about eighty pyramids known today

The Egyptian who worked or travelled on the Nile hope and believed that , if they will be prayed to Sobek , they will be protected from being attacked by crocodile . The ancient Egyptian worship Sobek , crocodile god not just as the protector but also to insure the fertility of their people and crops.
