We learned that stars are so far that they look tiny, and that we only see stars at night because the earth is turning.

The reason that we only see stars at night is because the earth is turning so when we are facing away from the stars we can not see them.

Stars are big hot balls of gas that glow.

The sun is also a star, but it is not the biggest. All the other stars are so far away that they look so small.
