You can go so see the beautiful frozen lake and have a snowball fight or make a snowman

You can go for a walk and have a picnic with your family and friends

You can see the magnificent flowers in the forest

You can go to see the brown and yellow leaves in the trees

This place is very wet so there are many mushrooms. In autumn some people go to La Jarosa to gather boletus and niscalos because they are edible.

LA JAROSA

The landscape in Guadarrama is rocky and there is a lake. There are many trees surrounding the area, also there are mountains in the distance like Bola del Mundo and Siete Picos.

This plant is called Jara. In La Jarosa there are many of these plants. These plants are very sticky but they smell very good.
