Things to do

Individual actions

- Don’t waste food. Freeze leftovers if you can’t finish them.

- Buy local and in-season food.

- Consume less meet and eat more vegetables.

- Donate money to different organisations
(e.g. Action Against Hunger, The Hunger Project, Bread for the World etc.)

- Encourage friends and family members to take actions

- Become a volunteer and help with the organisations
