Maths: Remember the builders use their measuring tapes. They often have to add numbers together to get the correct measurements. Use your number line to do your sums each day and help the builder.

Look at what they wear.  Safety is very important.

The office reception. This is where all visitors to the site must check in. It would have computers and phones. The plans for the site would be up on display.

The canteen area where the builders can wash their hands and eat their lunch.

First Aid area. It will have a medicine box and equipment in case anyone gets hurt at work.

Plan your building: Builders always work with plans. Draw a picture of what you would like to build or design a house for The 3 Little Pigs. Use your 2D shapes to help you.

Create a model of your building. Use your Lego, blocks or bricks to build. You might like to used recycled items to build a building also.
