Nature around my house

During the last few months, our students looked out of their windows during the quarantine. Nature was bursting into life in spring!

But there is a really wonderful thing created by nature, La Coba&#241;era de Collado Mediano.

It is a group of rocks placed on top of each other in the shape of an arch and made by nature, not by humans.

This is the sound of the river

in the country side there is a Roman Hostal that was conected with Segovia

This is what scientists think it looked like

And round the Hostal is a lot of nature like cows, dogs, eagles, donkeys...

We also have a beautiful tree called alcornoque that has won a Prize of the best tree of Europe

It is ten meters tall and 320 years old.

So there is a lot of nature in like this:

SIERRA DE GUADARRAMA (a mountain range and a natural park in the center of Spain)

And those are the best natural monuments that I've found in my little town with less than 23 km&#178;.

I live in a small town called Collado Mediano located in the north of the Comunity of Madrid. It is inside of a mountain range and part of a natural park called Sierra de Guadarrama.
