Chapter 1 My connection to the Hertiage of the Boyeln's

Alot of people tell me I look like Anne Boelyn, My great grandmother's name is Helen Boelyn, and I might be related to the Boelyn family. I have the same facial figures as her. I showed alot a people the resemblence between me and her and they said I looked like her alittle bit. I carefully opened the dna test, and took it. I got my results within 3 weeks . I found out i'm 0.2 % African- American, and 45% british and Irish. I love how I know where I am from It got me to appreciate my heartiage. I also found out I am Itialian, and Jewish. My sister's husband who is my brother in law is jewish, and she is more jewish than him. They talk about it to this day. I am very appreicative of my culture because my ancestors are from Senegambian and Guinean. I speak alittle bit of French, and German. I am glad I took the test it was very fun, and I got to learn I am from Senegambian, and i'm German. I really enjoyed getting to learn about my DNA results from the test 23 and me. You can't eat anything 30 minutes before or after because you might come back as a cheeseburger or if you have a dessert a cupcake. You have to spit in a vial and fill it all the way , and it takes awhile because depending on how much saliva you have, and you fill up the tube you scan the barecode to make sure it's you because if you get someone else's results you might have to take the test again, and you can the barecode you put it back in the package and it takes 4-6 weeks to get the results back. You come up with a login in , and when it's ready you download the 23 and me app on your phone , and it's fun getting to compair your results with your family.
