Inspired by A Story of Friendship in Filipino Sign Language: Dancing Hands written by Joanna Que & Charina Marquez, illustrated by Fran Alvarez, and translated by Karen Llagas
In the beginning the characters are in a town with cars and with a restaurant and a girl is peeking out a window seeing that a boy and girl are cooking soup and in the middle of the story setting is on a street the street has green trees and the hills are big a girl is following another girl who is carrying books and then they start talking to each other and then it looks like they are jumping up and then one girl thought they were hiding behind a tree and another girl thought they were running up the hill and then they teach each other on having there hands to dance and then they are in water and then they are up top a tree and then a girl hand danced to describe the sounds that were around us and then another girl told another girl her love of butterflies with her hands and in the ending of the story the setting is at a pond it is blue it has fish there are characters in a tree and they are speaking in Filipino sign language

Mai is around ten years old and speaks in Filipino sign language and teaches sam Filipino sign language and is a friend of sam and sam is around ten years old and verbally communicates and is a friend of mai and when mai grows up she wants to be a teacher and when sam grows up she wants to help the environment

The Problem
miscommunication mai and sam Mai teaching sam sam doesn't know sign language and mai was having trouble teaching sam sign language and she got things mixed up like hiding in the wrong place but sam and mai worked it out and solved the problem
