WHAT?-Lesson plans should include:

S - Standard (Big Umbrella Standard & Content Standards)
T - Target (a small part of the target, student language, “I can”, the objective)
E - Environment (i.e. small group/whole class/individual/partners) & Engagement/Entrance Strategy (differentiation)
A - Activity(s) (Evidence-based Strategies including materials)
M - Monitor (Formative Assessment/Summative Assessment)
M - Making Connections (other contents, college, career, culture, community)

HOW?
The teacher may choose to use whatever format they wish to document their lesson plans (ie. Google Document, Slides, spreadsheet, etc.), however, it must include the above criteria.
